Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Photos of your backyard that you upload, and a site survey if you choose to upload one.
• The choices you make in the tool, such as pool type, size, finishes, features and budget.
• Your contact details when you unlock your full package: your name, email, mobile phone number and city.
• Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type, browser, pages visited and times, kept in server logs so the site works and stays secure.

When this tool sits inside another website, it saves a small note in your browser so you can pick up where you left off. This tool does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics services.

How we use it

• To make your concept renderings and your budget range.
• To email you your package: your renderings, budget range and a PDF.
• So Kingfisher Pools can contact you about your pool project, by email, phone or text message, as explained below.
• To keep the tool working, secure and free of abuse, and to improve it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other companies for their own advertising.

Artificial intelligence

Your photo and your choices are sent to an artificial intelligence image service run by Google, which makes the concept renderings. If you upload a site survey, the same service reads it to find the measurements. Google handles this information under its terms for business customers.

Who we share it with

• Kingfisher Pools and its staff. When you unlock your package, your details are also sent to the customer relationship software Kingfisher Pools uses to follow up with customers.
• Companies that run the tool for us, and only so they can do that: website hosting (Vercel), database and file storage (Supabase), the image service (Google) and email delivery (Resend).
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with, or where sharing is needed to protect people's rights or safety.
• A new owner, if Kingfisher Pools's business or this tool is sold or merged. This policy would still apply to your information.

Calls and text messages

When you enter your mobile number and press the unlock button, you agree that Kingfisher Pools may call you at that number about your pool project, including with automated technology. If you also tick the box to get texts, you agree that Kingfisher Pools may text you there too, including automated texts such as replies, appointment reminders and follow-ups. If you leave it unticked, Kingfisher Pools won't send you automated texts, but may still email you, call you, answer texts you send, and text you an appointment's confirmation and reminders if you book one. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and how often you hear from Kingfisher Pools varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help, or tell Kingfisher Pools to stop calling.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details, photos and choices for one year after you use the tool, and then delete them. We keep information longer only when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To ask, call Kingfisher Pools at (555) 010-0100, or email john@deependmarketing.com. We will answer within a reasonable time, and within any time limit your state's law sets. Deleting it from this tool does not delete copies Kingfisher Pools has already saved in its own customer software; Kingfisher Pools handles those.

Security

Information travels over encrypted connections. Your package is sent only to the email you give, and inside the tool only Kingfisher Pools's team, and the software company that runs the tool for them, can see your details. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Children

This tool is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
