Concept renderings are illustrations

Your concept renderings are made by artificial intelligence from your photo and your choices. They show an idea of how a pool could look. They may not match your yard's real size, slopes, setbacks, utilities, soil, local codes or neighborhood rules. A concept rendering is not a construction document, a survey, an engineering document or a permit document.

Budget ranges are estimates

Budget ranges are worked out from Kingfisher Pools's prices and your answers. They are estimates to help you think about your project, not a quote, bid, offer or contract. Your real price is set after a site visit and a written contract with Kingfisher Pools.

This is a budget range for a concept rendering, not a quote. Your final price depends on a site visit, soil and access conditions, permits, and the materials you choose.

Monthly payment figures, where shown, are examples at the rate and term shown. They are not an offer of credit, and any loan is subject to approval by a lender.

Your photos

Only upload photos you took or have permission to use, of property you own or have permission to show. You keep the rights to your photos. You let Kingfisher Pools, and the software company that runs this tool for Kingfisher Pools, use them to make your renderings and package and to run the tool. They will not be used in advertising without your permission.

Fair use

Please do not upload anything unlawful or offensive, try to break or overload the tool, or copy it with automated software. We may limit or stop access to protect the tool.

No guarantee

The tool is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Kingfisher Pools and the software company that runs the tool are not responsible for decisions made from a concept rendering or a budget range, or for any loss from the tool being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
